Blown Film Lines
Mono-layer and multilayer laboratory lines with the required extruders, die head, cooling, calibration, take-off and winding equipment.
We design and build laboratory extrusion lines around the product, material and test method required by each customer. The line can start with one extruder or combine several extruders with application-specific dies, cooling, calibration, pulling, cutting, pelletising, winding and control equipment.
One programme, many applications
Blown film is one possibility. We also develop complete laboratory lines for pipes, tubes, profiles, filaments, strands, pelletising and other customer-specific applications.
Mono-layer and multilayer laboratory lines with the required extruders, die head, cooling, calibration, take-off and winding equipment.
Custom die heads with calibration, cooling, pulling and cutting or winding equipment for pipes, tubes and profiles.
Compact extruders that can be connected to a production extruder to feed a secondary polymer.
Single or multiple strands with cooling, pulling, diameter control, winding or cutting for material development and 3D printing applications.
Dies and die-face pelletising equipment for laboratory or compact compounding and pelletising machines.
Complete systems developed for a particular product, material, testing method, research project or available laboratory space, subject to technical review.
A custom line is more than an extruder and a die head. We select and integrate the process stages needed for the customer’s material, product and test objective.
The equipment can be arranged as compact modules, pillar-mounted extruders or a complete floor-level line. The final solution depends on the materials, product dimensions, output required for testing, available space and the level of process control.

Table-top, pillar-mounted or complete line arrangements can be considered for the project.

Control functions are prepared around the selected extruders and downstream equipment.
We build the machine around the agreed project specification and use reliable European components, including Schneider Electric control equipment where selected.
The project starts with the sample you need to produce and the information required to define the process.
We review the material, finished product, dimensions, test objectives, available space and utilities.
We define the main process stages and prepare a preliminary line configuration for discussion.
After agreement on the concept, the mechanical, electrical and control solution is developed.
The equipment is assembled and checked as an integrated laboratory line before delivery.
Send us information about your materials, the product you want to produce, the required dimensions, your testing objectives and the available space. We will prepare a preliminary line configuration for discussion.
