About Green Extrusion Technology
We design and manufacture practical machinery for testing, developing, processing and recycling plastics, bioplastics and recycled materials.
Practical machines · Strong build · Ready to run
Experience, engineering and hands-on machine building
Green Extrusion Technology is a Danish company specialised in laboratory extrusion, compact extrusion and in-house plastic recycling equipment.
Our management and design engineers bring more than 25 years of experience from plastics processing and machine building. That experience helps us understand the practical challenges faced by material developers, film producers, recyclers, universities and technical centres.
We work close to the machines. Design, assembly, testing and technical decisions are connected, which makes it easier to build equipment that is stable, understandable and practical to operate.
Our focus is straightforward: solid machinery, clear controls, easy access for service and a configuration that fits the real application.

Machines for material development and in-house recycling
Our programme covers laboratory and compact extrusion, size reduction and closed-loop recycling, together with the components needed to build a complete working system.

Engineering connected to the workshop
We combine application knowledge, mechanical design, electrical engineering and practical assembly. This short path between design and production helps us solve details before the machine leaves our workshop.
Built solid. Built to last.
For us, sustainability starts with using fewer resources, keeping materials in circulation and building machines that remain useful for many years.
Long service life
Solid frames, durable metals and carefully selected components support stable operation and a long working life.
Designed for service
Accessible assemblies and replaceable components make maintenance and future repairs more practical.
European components
We prefer established suppliers in Denmark and Europe, including Schneider Electric for many electrical and automation components.
Less waste in development
Laboratory extruders allow materials and formulations to be tested in small batches before using a production line.
Built with durable materials and reliable components from established European suppliers.
From Denmark to customers worldwide
Green Extrusion Technology machines have been sold and delivered to customers in North America, South America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
Each machine is prepared and protected for transport according to its size, configuration and destination. We coordinate the technical documentation and loading information needed for a controlled delivery.

Chosen by universities, research centres and manufacturers
Our laboratory extruders and recycling machines are used by leading institutions and companies across Europe and beyond.
