Laboratory Extruders

Mono layer, ABA and 3 layer blown film laboratory extruders for testing, teaching and product development. Screw diameters from 18 to 30 mm, die inserts from Ø25 to Ø70 mm, and film widths from 50 to 300 mm. Multilayer structures up to 8 layers are available as project specific configurations.

Multi-X compact all-around extruder for pipes, 3D printing filament, profiles and co-extrusion

Compact Extruders

Multi-X all around extruders from 18 to 30 mm for pipes, 3D printing filament and technical profiles. They run standalone, or as a coextruder feeding a second material into an existing line. Tabletop, pillar mounted or floor level, depending on where the machine has to stand.

Blown Film Units

An independent take off and winding unit supplied without extruders. Connect it to a LabEx laboratory extruder, a Multi-X all around extruder, or an extruder you already own, and start producing and testing blown film without replacing the machine you have.

Repelletizing

Compact repelletizing lines that turn clean production scrap back into reusable pellets. Feeding, filtration, degassing and pelletizing in one line, sized for in house recovery rather than for a recycling plant. The material stays in your own process.

Granulators

Durable, compact granulators up to 30 kW for in house size reduction of plastics and bio based polymers. Rotor design, knife geometry and screen size are chosen for the material and the regrind quality you need, not sold as one size for everything.

Shredders

Single shaft shredders, easy to operate and with minimal maintenance, for efficient in house size reduction. Built for the bulky material a granulator cannot take directly: purge lumps, thick walled parts, rolls and rejected production.
